From the eastern part of Indonesia, Flores coffee is renowned for their citrus and chocolate notes. Planted at 1300-1600 MASL on Bajawa’s andosol soil enables the coffee beans from this particular origin to develop consistently with well-rounded citrus notes, pleasant acidity, and enough body to complement its flavor.
